1. Membership Eligibility 

BSL membership is open to individuals and entities within the apparel and textiles industry. By registering for membership, you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate.

2. Membership Benefits 

Members of BSL enjoy a wide array of benefits, including exclusive networking opportunities, access to industry insights, participation in events, and a wealth of resources designed to keep you at the forefront of the branding and sourcing sectors. These benefits are subject to change at the discretion of BSL without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

Membership fees are charged on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize BSL to charge the applicable membership fees to the payment method provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date. Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Members may cancel their membership at any time through the account management portal. Once canceled, the member will retain access to benefits until the end of the current membership term. BSL reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, with or without cause, for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the BSL website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of BSL. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSL disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or membership. BSL’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the member for the relevant membership term.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

8. Amendments

BSL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the website or membership services following such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
