Refund Policy

The Brands and Sourcing Leaders Association (BSL) is committed to providing a valuable membership experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Membership Fees
All membership purchases are final upon payment. BSL does not offer refunds once the payment has been processed. However, in exceptional circumstances, BSL may, at its sole discretion, review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to gs@bslassociation.com within 14 days of the payment date.

2. Event Refunds
Refunds for paid events or conferences hosted by BSL will be governed by the specific event’s cancellation and refund policy. These policies will be detailed on the respective event pages. Please refer to these terms before purchasing event tickets.

3. Cancellation Requests
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no prorated or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the membership term. Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current term.

4. Force Majeure
BSL shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Refund Policy where such failure is a result of events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or pandemics.
