BSL at the XVI Russia–India Business Dialogue

The XVI Russia–India Business Dialogue, held on 16 December 2025 in Moscow, brought together senior policymakers, industry leaders, and global institutions to strengthen economic cooperation between India and the Russian Federation. The forum addressed evolving global challenges while identifying new opportunities across trade, manufacturing, finance, technology, and human capital.

Raman Dutta, Founder & National General Secretary of the Brands & Sourcing Leaders Association (BSL), represented BSL at this high-level dialogue. His participation highlighted BSL’s growing role in global business diplomacy and its commitment to advancing sourcing excellence, resilient supply chains, and cross-border collaboration.

The dialogue opened with a plenary session focused on strengthening the India–Russia strategic partnership in a changing global order. Discussions emphasized industrial cooperation, logistics and trade resilience, financial frameworks, energy and technology partnerships, and innovation-led growth.

Multiple sessions explored key areas including trade and industrial localization, banking and investment cooperation, legal and regulatory governance, workforce development, and future growth sectors such as AI, energy, and pharmaceuticals. These conversations reflected a shared vision to build future-ready economic corridors supported by policy alignment and private-sector engagement.

BSL’s presence at the dialogue reaffirmed its mission to bridge brands, sourcing leaders, and global markets.
